Conditions of Return
To arrange a return or exchange please contact us via email [email protected] and quote your name and order number (this can be found at the top of your emailed receipt).
All items must be returned to us in a good, resaleable condition and packed using the original packaging. Please note that if the product returned is damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will include the cost of the purchased item & original postage charge.
We will notify you when we receive your parcel and will then issue your refund. As no refunds will be issued until we physically have the item(s) we advise that you choose a tracked delivery service.
Damaged Items
